Month-to-Month Vacate Notice

Use this letter when you are on a month-to-month tenancy (either originally or because your fixed-term lease has expired and converted) and you want to move out. Month-to-month tenancies require proper written notice to terminate — typically 30 days before the next rent due date, though some states require longer.
