Landlord Entry

Your rental is your home, and you have a right to privacy. Knowing entry rules prevents unwanted intrusions and helps you understand when landlord access is—and isn't—appropriate.

• Keep a log of all landlord entries
• Request written notice for all non-emergency entries

• Consider a security camera for your own records
• Communicate in writing about scheduling conflicts
